JAI CRM is built by Brand Beavers, in India, for the businesses around us.
The observation it started from
Almost every business we worked with ran on between four and eight systems. A CRM, an accounting package, a spreadsheet for stock, WhatsApp for follow-ups, e-mail for approvals, and a folder of Word templates. Each had been chosen sensibly. Together they meant the same customer typed four times and a month-end that took a week.
The problem was never that any one tool was bad. It was that the seams between them were where all the work and all the errors lived.
What we decided
- One system, entered once. A customer, an item, a tax rate — defined in one place and used everywhere.
- Modular, genuinely. Every module is a plugin. Off means invisible, not greyed out with an upgrade prompt.
- GST as plumbing. Not a report bolted on at the end, but the thing that decides how a document behaves.
- Your data is yours. Every list exports, every report exports, without asking anyone.
How we build
Slowly, and against real use. Features arrive when somebody actually needs them, and we would rather ship one thing that works completely than five that mostly do. When something is not ready, we say so on this site rather than putting it on a roadmap slide.
Where we are
Brand Beavers, India. The team is small and answers its own support.
