This is a summary in plain words. It is not a substitute for advice, and if anything here conflicts with the agreement you signed, the agreement wins.
What we hold
- Your account — name, e-mail, and the business you belong to.
- Your business data — the customers, documents and records you enter. This is yours; we hold it so the software can work.
- Technical logs — requests and errors, kept briefly so faults can be found.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, or anybody’s.
- We do not use your business data to advertise to you or to anyone else.
- We do not read your records except when you ask us to help with a specific problem.
Where it lives
On servers we control. Each business’s data is separated in the database itself rather than by application code, so one account cannot reach another’s.
Getting it out, and getting it deleted
Every list exports to CSV and every report to CSV or PDF, at any time, without asking us. If you close your account, ask and we will delete it.
