The service
We provide the software as a hosted service. We aim to keep it available and to warn you before anything changes in a way that affects your data.
Your data
It stays yours. You may export it at any time. We hold it to run the service and for no other purpose.
Paying
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose, plus GST. You can change plan in either direction; the difference is prorated. If a payment fails we will tell you before anything stops working.
Using it properly
- Do not use it to break the law or to hold data you have no right to.
- Do not resell access without a partner agreement.
- Keep your own passwords safe — an account is only as private as its weakest sign-in.
Ending it
Stop whenever you like. Export your data first; ask us and we will delete what remains.
