Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 6 October 2026.

This policy applies to every JAI CRM subscription, bought on the web or in the Android app. JAI CRM is owned and operated by Govind Omprakash Dadhich, trading as Four Score Technologies.

Try it free for 14 days

Every new workspace starts with a free trial of 14 days. No payment is taken during the trial. Use it to decide whether JAI CRM suits your business before you pay.

No refunds

Because you can try JAI CRM in full before paying, we do not give refunds. Once a payment is made it is final. This applies to:

• monthly, quarterly, yearly and every other billing period;
• the unused part of a period, when you cancel or move to a cheaper plan;
• users, storage or modules you paid for and did not use;
• a workspace that is restricted or closed for non-payment or for breaking our Terms of Service.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will not renew.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Export your data before the period ends: every list exports to CSV and every report to CSV or PDF.
• To have your data deleted after cancelling, see Delete your account.

Payments taken by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same invoice, or charged for something you did not order, write to support@jaicrm.ai within 30 days of the charge with the payment reference. A charge made in error is returned to the original payment method once it is confirmed.
