Delete your account

This page explains how to have your JAI CRM account and its data deleted. JAI CRM, on the web and in the Android app, is owned and operated by Govind Omprakash Dadhich, trading as Four Score Technologies. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Delete your own account

For a person who signs in to a workspace.

1. Sign in to JAI CRM in the app or at app.jaicrm.ai.
2. Press your picture at the top right and choose Account and security.
3. Open the Security tab and, at the bottom, press Delete my account, then confirm.

Or write to support@jaicrm.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my JAI CRM account”.

What is deleted: your name, email address, phone number, password, profile picture, sign-in sessions and the mailboxes and accounts you connected. What stays: the records you created in your business’s workspace belong to that business and stay with it; in their history your name is replaced as part of the deletion where the law allows.

Close a workspace and delete all its data

For the owner of a workspace.

1. Export anything you want to keep: every list exports to CSV and every report to CSV or PDF.
2. Press your picture at the top right, choose Account and security, open the Security tab and, at the bottom, press Close this workspace.
3. Confirm. Everyone in the workspace loses access.

What is deleted: every record, document, file, photo, voice note, email and setting in the workspace, and the accounts of everyone in it. What we keep: the invoices we raised to your business for the subscription and their payment records, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally up to eight years), and anything we must keep to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

How long it takes

We confirm every request by email to the account’s address before acting on it, then complete the deletion within 30 days. A request can be withdrawn by replying to that email before it is completed. Once completed, deletion cannot be undone.

If you are not a JAI CRM user

If a business that uses JAI CRM holds your details, for example as one of its customers, please ask that business. If it does not answer, write to us and we will pass your request on.
