Why leads are lost, and quoting a lead before it is a customer
Marking a lead lost asks why, from a list you control, with a remark; a new report shows why leads are lost. A lead has a Quotations tab again, and turning its quotation into an order or invoice converts the lead in the same step. The lead page also sets the rating, takes comments and marks people from the side.

What is new
A lead that goes cold teaches you something only if somebody writes down why. And a lead that asks for a price should be able to get one before it is a customer.
Lost, and why
A reason from your list
Pressing Lost asks for a reason from your Lost reasons list (Price too high, Went with a competitor, No budget and so on), which you can change in Fields & rules, and a remark in words.
Shown while it is lost
The reason, the remark and the date show beside a lost lead, and nowhere else. Lost reason is no longer a field in the edit form.
Why leads are lost
A report under Reports, Sales and CRM, counting lost leads by reason, month by month or by salesperson, with the value they were worth.
Quoting a lead
A Quotations tab
Raise a quotation from the lead. It is addressed to the lead, and tax follows the lead’s state.
Accepted, then converted
Marking it accepted asks whether to convert the lead now; accepted through the share link, the lead shows Convert now.
One step to the order
Convert to sales order, proforma or invoice on a lead’s quotation converts the lead and opens the new document, addressed from the customer.
Beside the lead
Rating
Hot, Warm or Cold, set on the follow-up card and shown beside the name.
Comments
The latest comment and a box to add one, the same comments as the Comments tab.
Mark to
Who is kept in the loop, with Add and a cross to take someone off.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Leads lost before today keep any reason typed for them, and count in the report from their last change. A lead with a quotation cannot be deleted. An order or invoice can no longer be raised from a lead’s quotation before the lead is a customer; the one-step window does both. Lost reason can be shown in the form again in Fields & rules.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
