A task’s Related to, Customer and Deal fields now say what they do
In Settings, Fields & rules, the help beside a task’s Related to, Customer and Deal fields was a note we wrote to ourselves while checking the wording, not the help itself. Each now says which Tasks tab the task shows on, which row carries the mark for work still to do, and what changes when a lead is converted.

On the task form this and the Customer, Deal and Lead fields are one box: type a name and pick the lead, customer or deal. The help now says so, and that this choice names the record under the task’s title, in its reminders and in the Tasks pivot, and changes to customer when the lead is converted.
Customer
The task shows on that customer’s Tasks tab, and the customer’s row in the list carries the mark for work still to do until the task is closed. Converting a lead fills it in on that lead’s tasks.
Deal
The task shows on that deal’s Tasks tab, and the deal’s row in the list carries the mark until the task is closed.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Only the help under these three fields changed. Your tasks, the names you gave your fields and anything you set in Fields & rules are as they were.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
