Shared mail for the team, mail trends, and email in your meeting briefings
Where your business shares mail, a conversation can now be given to a colleague, talked about in team notes the customer never sees, and you are warned when somebody is already replying. Mail trends show what came in and went out, how quickly you answer and what waits. Meeting briefings say whose email waits on whom, a meeting can be booked straight from an email, attachments appear on the record's Files, and Hanu sends a short mail brief each morning.

What changed
Give it to a colleague
On a shared conversation, Give to hands it to anybody who reads the shared mail. It lands in their Assigned to me, on their bell and their phone.
Team notes
A note under the conversation for the team: “Spoke to him, send the revised rate”. It is never sent to the customer.
Somebody is already replying
Open a shared conversation while a colleague is writing a reply to it and the mailbox says so, so the customer does not get two answers.
Mail trends
Received and sent per day, the middle time to your first answer, how many waited past your limit each day, and who writes most. Where mail is shared, a team view lists each mailbox.
Email in meeting briefings
The briefing fifteen minutes before a meeting with a lead or customer now says whose email waits on whom: “their email of 12 Oct has no reply yet”.
Book a meeting from an email
Book a meeting on a conversation opens the Calendar with the sender as guest, the subject as the title and their record attached. The invitation goes from your own mailbox.
Attachments on the record
The files that came with, or went with, the emails on a lead, customer, vendor or deal are listed in that record’s Files under From emails, for everybody who may read that mail. Nothing is copied, so nothing uses your storage twice.
Hanu's morning mail brief
Each morning Hanu says what waits for your reply, what of yours waits on others and what comes back from Snooze today. Ask him “what needs my reply?” or about the email you are reading.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing you already have changes. The team inbox appears only where your business shares mail (Settings › Email, Everyone or Chosen people); a business that keeps mail private sees no difference. Files already on emails filed on a record appear under From emails at once. The morning brief follows Hanu’s email notes switch, and costs nothing.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
