Hanu keeps track of the record you are talking about, and checks a name he may have misheard

Hanu added a lead and was asked to set its follow-up for tomorrow, and he asked which of three leads with the same name was meant. Now he knows which records the chat has been about, so "keep it tomorrow" or "the last one you added" means the one just added. And when you speak, a name that sounds like one of your customers, items or team is checked; if he is not sure, he asks "Did you mean ...?" with buttons to tap.

The record you just talked about

After Hanu adds, changes or shows a record, a reply that does not name it (“keep it tomorrow”, “that lead”, “the last one you added”) is about that record. He no longer asks which of several records with the same name you mean.

When he does need to ask

If records of one name could still be meant, he lists them with when each was added: the day, the time when two came the same day (“Govind Dadhich, added today at 10:12 pm”), and the lead number when even the minute matches. Answer “the one from 10 pm” or “the second one”.

A change goes straight to the card

Changing a record shows the card with the change and a Save button at once. There is nothing more to gather, so no “is it final?” first.

A saved record said “Lead added” twice, once on the card and once below it. Now the card says it once, with its Open button.

Did you mean …?

When you speak to Hanu, he compares the words with the names you can see. If a misheard name would change his answer and he is not sure, he asks first, with each likely reading as a button to tap.

A listener that knows your names

Hanu’s listener is told your customers’, items’ and team’s names, so it hears them right. In Your Hanu, Voice, choose who writes out what you say on each device: Automatic, This browser (free) or Hanu’s listener.

Longer answers finish

A long answer was sometimes cut off and showed “A suggestion could not be written”. Hanu now has room for much longer answers, and if one still fails he says so in his own words.

Does this change anything you already have?

Hanu still changes only records your role lets you change, and saves only when you press Save or tell him to. Records your role no longer lets you see are left out of what he remembers of the chat. Hanu’s listener uses AI credits, under 1 a minute, and is used only once your business switches it on. The Android app has this from version 1.3.185.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
