Website Desk: Hanu reads your website, and opens the chat for hot visitors
Hanu now reads your own website the way a new salesperson would on day one: the home page, the pages in your sitemap and the pages your visitors open, up to 60, again every night. Each answer uses the page the visitor is on and the pages that best match what they asked, so "how much do you charge" gets your real plans and prices. A visitor who turns hot gets the chat offered once, politely, and your team hears about it; a known lead or customer who comes back is welcomed by name and their owner is told.

Does this change anything you already have?
No. Hanu reads only your website’s public pages, never forms, carts or account pages, and you can see every page he read. The hot score and when the chat opens are set in Settings, Website Desk, Hot visitors; the chat opens itself at most once a visit, or once a day if you choose.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
