A bill you could not open, and comments on everything
Convert an order to a bill and the bill was stuck: it could not be opened, so it could not be paid, and the money owed was invisible.

The bill that would not open
A purchase bill waiting to be paid was called “pending”, a word nobody uses for a bill on the desk, and one that pairs with nothing: the sales side says sent, the order side says open, and this said pending.
Worse than the word, Record a payment was offered on a draft, where the server refuses it. Pressing it could only ever produce “this is draft and cannot take a payment yet”, which is exactly what it did. A draft is not yet a debt.
What changed
Draft, then Open
A bill is Draft while it is entered and checked, Open once it stands as something owed, and then Partially paid, Paid or Overdue as money goes out. One button opens it, and only then does the payment button appear.
Comments on everything
The feed written for purchase orders is now on every quotation, sales order, invoice, proforma, credit note, bill of supply, purchase bill and debit note, and on the vendor record and on leads, customers, deals and tasks. Comments are internal: the portal shows the document, never the note somebody left on it.
One picker, not two fighting
On a purchase order line the browser drew its own arrow for the suggestion list right where our inventory button sat: two controls stacked, one unclickable. The suggestions still appear as you type, and one dialog now shows the vendor’s rate card above and inventory below.
A vendor rate card you can actually edit
Changing a rate by twenty rupees meant opening an eight-step form and walking to step four. Services and rates is a table and now edits like one.
Vendor tabs that page
Purchase orders, bills and payments on a vendor now use the same component the customer record uses for quotations: a summary strip, sortable columns, a page size and paging. It used to fetch a hundred rows and show all of them.
Awaiting approval always read zero
The procurement dashboard asked for vendors with status “pending”, which is not one of the seven pipeline stages and never has been. It means shortlisted.
Does this affect anything existing?
Bills already recorded as pending are read as Open. No amount, tax figure or allocation changes: only the word, and the word now matches what the bill is.
Nothing is lost from a vendor rate card: the same list, edited from the page where it is read rather than from inside the form.
Comments are new and start empty. Existing notes on a lead, customer, deal or task appear in the Comments tab immediately, because they are the same notes the Activity feed has always shown.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
