A calendar for everything your team owes a customer
Follow-ups lived on leads, visits in Visits, meetings in a chat, tasks in Tasks and deadlines in Projects, and no calendar knew about any of them. The new Calendar module puts them all on one calendar, with the days money moves and the tax dates beside them. Drag to move, click to add, a briefing before a meeting about a customer and the next step booked after it, and Google Calendar or Outlook kept in step both ways. It is in early access: ask us to switch it on for your business.

What is new
Everything, on one calendar
Follow-ups, planned calls, visits, meetings, tasks, project tasks and your Charcha reminders, from every module your business has switched on, each in its own colour. Day, week, month, agenda and, for managers, the whole team side by side.
Drag, drop, add
Drag to a new time, drag the edge to change the length, or drag across empty hours to add a meeting, call, visit, follow-up, task, project task or blocked time. Every change goes through the record’s own rules.
A briefing before, the next step after
Fifteen minutes before a meeting about a lead, customer or deal: when you last spoke, what is unpaid and what is quoted. When it ends: How did it go?, a note on the record and the next follow-up booked in one step.
Money and tax dates
Invoices and bills falling due, cheques to deposit, a customer’s promise to pay, renewals, and GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, PF and ESI on their days, monthly or quarterly under QRMP, each with a filed mark.
Google Calendar and Outlook
Each person connects their own, both ways: move an item there and it moves here; delete it there and it only leaves that calendar. Busy time shows to colleagues as Busy. Switched on as Google and Microsoft approve the app; a private link works with any calendar app today.
Holidays and the working week
Add India’s national holidays in one press, then your own and each branch’s.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. The calendar is a separate module, off for every business until it is switched on, and it only reads what is already there. Moving something on it is the same change as moving it on its own screen. Charcha is unchanged unless the calendar is on, when a meeting card gets Open in calendar.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
