An item follows a quotation, visit, task, deal or invoice and ticks itself when it is sent, done, reaches its stage or is paid.

Visits done, calls logged, quotations sent, tasks done or leads added, counted from the person’s own work: “1 of 3”.

Late turns red, and rings

Give an item a person and an hour. Once it is late, it turns red and its person gets a reminder.

Repeats, and Tasks in step

Repeat it every weekday at an hour you choose, and add the items to Tasks so ticking either side ticks the other.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. A checklist is a new kind of message, found next to the poll in the message box. Tasks it adds are ordinary tasks, and an item can follow only a record the person posting it can open.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
