Hanu follows you from page to page, opens what you ask for, and keeps as many chats as you like

Hanu no longer lives only in Charcha. A round Hanu face at the bottom right of every page opens him in a dock beside what you are looking at. "This one" means the record on screen. "Open his quotations" opens Quotations filtered to that customer, with the one he means marked. The dock stays open as you move between pages and after a refresh, and you can start a new chat whenever you like.

What changed

💬

Beside every page

A round Hanu face sits at the bottom right, with how many new messages he has for you, and the Hanu button beside the search opens the same dock. On a phone it opens from the bottom. Holding Alt+H now opens it too, instead of taking you away from the page.

📍

He knows where you are

On a lead, a deal or any record’s page, “add a note to this one” or “when did we last visit him?” is about that record. On a list, “this list” is the one on screen.

👉

He takes you there

“Open his quotations” opens Quotations filtered to that customer, and Hanu marks the one he means on the list. He opens records and your dashboards the same way, and only what your role lets you see.

📌

It stays open

The dock stays as you move between pages and comes back after a refresh, on the same chat. Minimise keeps it; only Close ends it. Signing in on another device brings it back too.

📝

As many chats as you like

Start a new chat from the dock or the Hanu page, and each keeps its own context. Your chats are listed with what was last said and any draft still waiting. Alerts and reminders keep their own chat, where Hanu writes first.

Does this change anything you already have?

Your chat with Hanu so far is now the Alerts and reminders chat; nothing in it is lost. Hanu still never changes anything without your yes. The Android app has this from version 1.3.189.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
