Customers and vendors now open their shared files and projects in the portal
Earlier today customer and vendor logins were kept to their portal, and the portal had no way to the files you share with them or to a customer's projects. It now has both: a Files tab for what you shared in Documents, and for customers a Projects tab showing where each of their projects stands. On a phone the portal's tabs sit in a bar along the bottom.

What changed
Files you shared, in the portal
Share a file or a folder with a client or vendor login in Documents and it appears on the Files tab of their portal, subfolders included. They tap a file to open it, and download it where the share allows downloads; otherwise the row says View only.
Their own projects, to read
A customer sees the projects that are theirs: status, progress, the next milestone, the dates, the milestones and the tasks. Never the budget, what was spent, hours, rates, notes or the subtasks under a task.
Only what was shared
The Files tab shows none of your tags, storage, other folders or who else has a file, and a folder is named from the one you shared downwards. Each open and download is written on the file’s activity.
Everyone here means your staff
A folder shared with Everyone here also reached customer and vendor logins, through the staff Documents screen. It now reaches the people who work here. To show a customer a file, share it with them under Clients.
Designed for a phone
On a phone the portal’s five places sit in a bar along the bottom, where a thumb is, and every file and project is a row or card with room to tap.
Your roles decide
Files appears while the portal role holds Documents: View, and Projects while the Customer portal role holds Projects: View. Take either off in Settings, Roles and the tab goes with it.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing is moved or deleted. Files already shared with a client or vendor login, and projects already set against a customer, show in their portal straight away. One thing narrows: a folder shared with Everyone here no longer reaches customer and vendor logins. If a customer should see it, share it with them under Clients.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
