Nobody can give a role more than they have, and a copied role keeps its place
Giving somebody a role already refused anything the giver did not hold, but changing the role itself did not, so anybody allowed to edit roles could tick anything on their own. That is closed. A copy of a role now carries its place in the organisation tree, its peer sharing and its warehouse limit, and the three shop roles can be saved again.

What changed
A role is shaped within what you hold
Somebody allowed to edit roles can add to a role only what they hold themselves, on any role and their own included. Renaming a role, taking something away, or saving a role that already holds more than you is never refused. The business owner is never limited, and the shipped Administrator role holds every tick.
A warehouse limit stays put
Somebody confined to their own warehouses or branches cannot lift that limit from a role, which would have lifted it from themselves.
A copy is the whole role
Copy a role and the copy keeps where it sits in the organisation tree, whether its members share with each other, and its warehouse limit, as well as its permission grid. A copied Manager sees its desk, and a copied Cashier stays in its shop. A copy of the top role goes beneath it.
The shop roles save again
Cashier, Shift supervisor and Store manager shipped with a warehouse limit entry that matched no screen, and saving any change to them was refused. They save now; the entry did nothing and is gone from new businesses.
Does this change anything you already have?
No role and no person changes. Copies made before today keep what they were given; set Reports to, Share data with peers and the warehouse limit on them if they lack them. Only somebody who edits roles without holding everything, which no shipped role except Administrator can do, will notice the new limit.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
