A module for the thing we did not think of
Every business keeps a list the product never thought of. The answer used to be to bend Leads into that shape, which works until the day somebody wants both.
14 days free · nothing to install · your data exports whenever you want
What was missing
Site visits, sample requests, complaints, applications, inspections: every business keeps something that is not a lead, not a deal and not an invoice. Until now the way to track one was to bend Leads into that shape, which works until the day somebody wants leads as well.
How you make one
Name it
What one of them is called, what the list is called, and what the first column is named: “Visit reference” rather than “Name” if that is what your team says.
Put it somewhere
Which section of the sidebar it sits under. It appears there straight away, with a live count beside it like every other list.
Give it fields
In Fields & rules, exactly like every other module. Dates, dropdowns, money, lookups, checkboxes, and rules about when each one shows.
Decide who sees it
It appears in Roles & permissions under “Modules you added”. View, create, edit, delete, import and export, with the same record-visibility scopes as everything else.
What comes with it, without being asked for
The list you already know
Same columns, sorting, filters, saved views and page sizes. The columns are read from the fields, so a field added this afternoon is a column this afternoon.
Board and pivot
Group it by any dropdown, total it by any number.
Import and export
CSV in with column matching and per-row errors, CSV out honouring whatever is filtered on screen.
A record page
With its timeline, notes, files, assignees and the full history of who changed what.
Tags
Every module gets them, and they share one list with the rest of the product.
An audit trail
Created, changed and deleted, with who and when, the same trail as an invoice.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing changes unless you add one. No existing module, field or record is touched.
One deliberate refusal: a module holding records will not delete until that is confirmed, and the message says how many records go with it. Switching it off instead takes it out of the sidebar and leaves everything where it is.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
