Your mailbox now says what needs a reply, what is waiting, and cleans itself

The mailbox used to be a list of everything that came in. Now it tells you which conversations need your answer, which of your emails are still waiting on somebody (counted in your working days, holidays left out), and it sorts the Inbox into Main, New people, Newsletters and Notifications. You can snooze, take back an email you just sent, be reminded when nobody replies, unsubscribe in one press and make a lead from a stranger. With AI switched on for your business, you can also write rules in your own words.

What changed

📩

To reply and Waiting

To reply holds every conversation whose last email came in from a person and has no answer from you. Waiting holds what you sent outside the business with nothing back, with how many working days it has waited, in amber once it passes your own limit. Both are your own mail, worked out fresh each time, so nothing goes stale.

🗂

An Inbox in four tabs

Main is your customers and the conversations you are part of. New people is strangers writing first, where enquiries arrive. Newsletters and Notifications hold lists and machines. Sorting needs no AI and costs nothing.

⏰

Snooze, Done and Archive

Snooze a conversation until later today, tomorrow morning, the next working day or next week, and it comes back on top, or at once if they write again. Done takes it off To reply until something new arrives. Archive clears it from your Inbox and keeps it in All email.

🔔

Remind me if no reply

When you send, choose 2, 3 or 5 days or a date. If nothing has come back by then, you are told on the bell and your phone, and the conversation reads No reply yet on Waiting.

↩

Undo send

An email waits a few seconds after Send (10 unless you choose 5, 20, 30 or off in My email), with Undo on the bar. Undo opens it again exactly as you wrote it.

🧹

Clean up

Every sender of newsletters and notifications, with how much they send. Unsubscribe in one press where the sender allows it, Block a sender or a whole domain, or Archive everything they sent. Blocking somebody on one of your records asks first.

⭐

Make a lead from an email

A stranger asking about what you sell becomes a lead in one press, through the lead form’s own rules, with the conversation filed on the new lead.

⌨

Keyboard first

c to write, r to reply, e to archive, h to snooze, d for Done, j and k to move, g then t for To reply, and the command bar on the shortcut for every command. Press ? in the mailbox for the whole list.

🤖

Mail rules in your own words

With AI switched on for your business, write rules like “Quotation requests: mark important and draft a reply”. Each new email is read against your rules in order and the first that fits runs: mark, archive, Done, draft a reply, make a lead, tell you, or forward to one address you type. Starter rules for traders, agencies, shops, real estate and CA firms. A rule never writes to a customer, and what it did can be undone.

✨

The cold email check, summaries and search

Turn on the cold email check in My email and a stranger’s first email is read to tell a sales pitch from an enquiry; pitches move to Cold email, enquiries are never touched. Summarise a long conversation, search in plain words, and let replies drafted for you learn how you write.

Does this change anything you already have?

Nothing you already have changes. Mail that arrived before today is sorted into the tabs over the next few hours by the same rules. Nobody’s mail is read by AI unless their business has AI switched on and they set up a rule or turn the cold email check on for their own mailbox; AI runs on your AI credits or your own AI key, like every other AI feature.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
