Two languages on one card

Open Pipeline by stage and the tiles across the top read ₹36,45,000.00, ₹18,19,500.00, ₹7,29,000.00. Directly underneath, the chart of the same money counted its axis up in 500000, 1000000, 1500000: no symbol, no grouping, and grouped the wrong way round for anybody reading it in India. The same figures, written twice, and the second way is not how a rupee is written anywhere else in the suite.

The tooltip had always been right: hover a bar and it gave you the proper formatted amount. Only the axis had been left to print the raw number, which is the default when nobody says otherwise.

It asks the report what it is

Every report already declares what each of its series is (money, a count, a percentage), and the tooltip has always read that declaration. The axis reads the same one now rather than guessing, so a money report is labelled in rupees, a percentage report in per cent, and a count stays a count. Nothing has to be listed anywhere for a new report to be labelled correctly.

Rupee axes are shortened the way the dashboard tiles already shorten them (₹5L, ₹20L, ₹1.2Cr) because seventy pixels of axis will not hold a figure in full, and lakh and crore are what the number is read as out loud.

Does this affect anything existing?

No. Nothing is stored differently, no report’s numbers have changed, and exports to CSV and PDF were never affected. This is the drawing of the figure, not the figure. Every report with a chart picks it up, including any you have scheduled.

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
