The little “i” was showing our notes instead of the help
The “i” beside a field was meant to say what the field does. On twenty-eight of them it said things like “Restore ‘and no average cost yet’”, an instruction to ourselves, printed to you.

An instruction to ourselves, printed to you
The explanations behind the “i” were written in one pass and checked for accuracy in another. The checker’s answer is usually a corrected sentence. Sometimes it is a note about the sentence: restore this clause, keep the existing wording, this runs long. Both were treated as the replacement text.
So the “i” on Purchase rate read “Restore ‘and no average cost yet’, as at system-fields.ts:270.” The one on Pipeline name ended “(206 chars)”. Twenty-four fields and four settings controls were affected.
Worse than saying nothing: nine of them had a good, already-checked sentence, and the note replaced it, a note whose content was an instruction to put that very sentence back.
What was done about it
The nine are restored word for word from the version that held them. The rest are rebuilt from the draft and the correction together. One (Reorder point) was written out properly, and both things it now claims were checked against the product rather than assumed: the reorder list and the low-stock alert really do ignore items that hold no stock, and stock really is counted across all warehouses as one pile.
A check now refuses to let text of that shape ship at all, and it was tested by putting a leak back and watching it fail. An editorial note is a perfectly valid sentence as far as a computer is concerned, which is exactly why nothing caught this the first time.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Help text is words on a screen: no setting, record or figure was ever involved. If you renamed a field, your name for it is untouched; only the explanation underneath changed.
Also in this release: sixteen tables wide enough to scroll were painting over the rounded corner of the card holding them, which on a phone reads as the page coming apart. They scroll inside it now.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
