A recycle bin: restore what was deleted for 60 days
Deleted the wrong lead? It is no longer gone. Leads, customers, companies, contacts, deals, tasks, visits and your own modules now wait in a recycle bin for 60 days, and come back with one click.

What was wrong
Delete was final. The confirmation said so, and there was no way back for a record deleted by mistake.
How it works
Delete as usual
The confirmation now says the record goes to the recycle bin and can be restored for 60 days.
Open Settings → Recycle bin
Everything deleted in the last 60 days: what it was, which module, who deleted it and when, and how many days are left. The last week shows in red.
Search or filter by module
Find the one you need among many.
Restore
One record, or tick several and restore them together. Each goes back where it was.
Good to know
What went with it comes back
A lead’s tasks and visits are deleted with it, and restoring the lead brings them back too. The bin tells you before you press Restore.
You see what you may delete
Each person sees records from the modules they are allowed to delete in. The account owner sees everything.
After 60 days
A record leaves the bin and can no longer be restored.
A clash is explained
If another record now uses the same number or name, the restore says so instead of failing silently.
Which records
Leads, customers, companies, contacts, deals, tasks, visits and records in your own custom modules.
Quotations, invoices and other documents, stock, packages, bills of materials, manufacturing orders and quality records are not in the bin. Deleting those also changes your stock or your books, and bringing the record back alone would not undo that. Their delete confirmation still says so plainly.
People added to a record as “Also assigned” are not restored. The owner is.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Records deleted in the last 60 days are already in the bin, because a delete always kept the record in the background. You can restore them today.
Install version 1.3.27 to open the recycle bin in the app. Settings → App update.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
