No quotation, invoice or sales order could be raised at all
Quotations, invoices and sales orders all stopped saving at once, with “that value is already in use”. This one was ours, introduced yesterday, and here is exactly what happened.

What you saw
You pressed Save on a new quotation and got “Could not create it: that value is already in use”. The same on an invoice, and on a sales order. Nothing you changed on the form made any difference, because nothing on the form was the problem.
It did not recover on its own, either. Every attempt failed the same way, for as long as it stood.
What we broke
Yesterday we closed a hole in branch access: documents were never recording which branch they belonged to, so a restriction meant to narrow what a person could see matched nothing and therefore hid nothing. The fix was to work the branch out on the server when a document is created.
Numbering is branch-aware too: a series belongs to a document type and a branch. But every series the product creates is made for the business as a whole, with no branch, and there is no screen that makes one for a branch. So the moment a branch started being filled in, the lookup found nothing, a brand-new counter was opened at 1, and the first number it produced was one you had issued a year ago.
The database refuses two live documents with the same number, which is the rule doing its job. And because the save was rejected, the new counter was rolled back with it, so the next attempt started at 1 again, and the next.
The fix
A branch with no series of its own now keeps the business’s numbering, which is what every business already has. A series made for a branch on purpose still takes precedence.
Separately, numbering will now step over a number already on a record rather than refusing for ever, so a counter that falls behind for any reason corrects itself instead of blocking every save.
And a second one, underneath it
With numbering fixed, a new quotation saved, and then would not save again. Opening any document, changing nothing and pressing Save answered “please check the highlighted fields” with nothing highlighted, because the field it objected to is not on the screen.
The editor loads a document and sends the whole thing back when you save, so every stored value has to be acceptable on the way in. Two were not: a pair of GST flags that no screen sets, and which are therefore empty on every document ever raised. The schema accepted “not sent” and refused “empty”, which are the same thing to anybody using the product.
This one is not new. It has been there for as long as those columns have, on every document type: quotation, order, invoice, proforma, credit note, challan, purchase order and bill. Both are fixed, and a test now checks every nullable column on a document against what the save will accept, for both the sales and the purchase copies of that schema.
Also in this release
A planned call would not say when
The activity feed printed “in about 24 hours” for a call you still have to make, and never the date or the time of it. It shows the slot now.
Insert put the token in the wrong box
On an email template, Insert always appended to the end of the Message, even while you were editing the Subject. It goes where the cursor is now, in whichever box you were typing in.
Comments on a task were invisible
They saved correctly and the panel never showed them: it was reading the count, not the comments. Everything written is still there and now appears. Attachments were the same.
Reporting tags could not be deleted
There was no Remove control on a tag at all, and the breadcrumb said Settings / Plugins.
A role would not save
Leaving Description empty was rejected as an invalid field, with nothing marked on the form and no red star to suggest it was required. It was never required.
A plan’s item claimed to set the HSN
The Inventory item field said invoices carry that item’s HSN/SAC. They never did. HSN comes from the plan’s own field. The wording now says what actually happens.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing was lost and nothing needs correcting. No document was saved with a wrong number. The rule that caused the error is the same rule that prevented a duplicate from ever being written. Your numbering carries on from where it was.
Anything you tried to raise while this stood was not saved and will need entering again. We are sorry. This was our mistake, and it reached you.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
