Card scanning: every field in its place, QR codes, the back, and voice notes written out
A scanned card now holds every detail on it, from a fourth mobile to the whole address, and filing it puts each one into the field that means the same on the lead, customer or supplier. The camera finds the card and fires by itself, reads QR codes, and a back can be added after the front is read. Voice notes are written out by AI and added to the record as a comment.

What changed
Filing a card used to keep a name, one email and two numbers. The address, the second email, the third number and anything else on the card were left behind on the card, and a customer made from it had no notes at all.
Now the card holds every field the readers find, and filing it maps each one into the record you chose: a lead, a customer or a supplier.
On the card
Every field
Name, designation, company, up to four mobiles and three phones, three emails, website, GST number, the whole address with its city, state, pincode and country, services, more details and your own notes.
Into the right field
Filed as a lead, customer or supplier, each field goes where it means the same. A customer gets the billing address and is linked to its company; a supplier is named after the firm, with the person as its contact and the services as its Services list.
A tray of lines
Every line read off the card sits under the form. Something in the wrong place? Tap the line, then the field it belongs in. A line added to the address is added to it, never put in place of it.
The back, afterwards
The front is read first and its details shown. Press Add the back to photograph the other side: both are read again and what the back adds fills the fields still empty, without touching anything you corrected.
QR codes
A QR code printed on a card is read along with the card, and the camera has a QR code mode. A vCard fills every field exactly; a link to a contact file is fetched and read.
Quicker
The camera finds the card’s edges and takes the photograph the moment it is still, and reading starts as soon as the photograph arrives. A scan runs across the card while it is read.
Voice notes
Written out by AI
A voice note recorded with a card is written out by an AI model, your own key or the AI included, in the language it was spoken. Settings, AI writing has its own switch for it.
A comment on the record
The words are added to the lead, customer or supplier as a comment, under the name of whoever recorded it, and the recording plays from the record’s attachments.
New fields on leads, customers and suppliers
Mobile 2, Mobile 3, Mobile 4, Phone 2, Phone 3, Email 2 and Email 3, on the record’s Additional details tab, and a lead converted to a customer takes them with it.
The reader on our own server
Cards are read by AI when it is available. When it is not, the reader on our own server now reads each card three ways and keeps the best of each part, splits two printed columns apart, finds the firm from its own email domain and takes the whole address. On twenty real cards it went from 55.7% of fields right to 70.0%.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Cards already filed and the records made from them are not changed, and every card still waits for a person to keep it before it becomes a record.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
