Once a lead becomes a customer, the work belongs to the customer
A lead that became a customer could still be edited, and new tasks could be added to it, which counted as lead work in your reports. Converted leads are now read-only history, and everything points to the customer.

What was wrong
Converting a lead moved its tasks and visits to the new customer, but they still said “Related to: Lead”. So the Tasks and Visits lists showed them as lead work, the Visits board put them under Lead, and reports counted them against a lead that no longer existed as a lead.
The converted lead itself could still be opened, from a task or by its link, and edited, emailed, assigned or given new tasks and visits, all counting as lead activity for somebody who was already a customer.
What happens now
Related to: Customer
On conversion, a lead’s tasks and visits say Customer and show under the customer. Their link to the lead stays, as history.
The lead is read-only
It shows “Converted to a customer on 30 Sep 2026” with a link to the customer. No Edit, Email, Task, Visit or Delete buttons, no comment box, no upload.
Enforced everywhere
Our servers refuse any change to a converted lead, including a new task, visit, deal or quotation pointed at it, even through a direct link or an older app.
Still readable
Its history, notes and files stay there to read: where the customer came from and what was said before they bought.
Also fixed
History shows names. A record’s History tab printed long ids for a change to a customer, deal, company or owner. It now shows the name, for every record and for changes made long ago.
Next actions shows your open tasks. The side panel on lead, customer, company and deal pages always said “No open tasks”, even beside a Tasks tab full of them. It now lists up to five open tasks, soonest due first.
Two dates, both kept. A lead’s created date is when the enquiry came in. The customer’s created date is when it converted. Reports count each by its own date.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Tasks and visits of leads converted earlier were corrected to say Customer and to point at the customer, including any added to a lead after it had converted. Their link to the lead was kept.
Tasks that came from a scanned card are unchanged. Tasks already on a customer can be edited, completed and rescheduled as before.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
