Print that prints, and files that stay with the record
Print, PDF and the status dialog all did nothing. Plus attachments and internal notes on every sales document.

Three things that did not work
All three were on the same screen, and all three were things somebody would hit within a minute of making their first quotation.
Fixed
Print did nothing
The button made a plain browser navigation carrying no credentials, so the request arrived unauthenticated and the tab showed an error. It is fetched properly now.
Change status opened an empty list
The rules for which move is allowed have always been on the server and were never sent, so the dialog had nothing to offer. The moves now appear as buttons on the document (Send to customer, Confirm quotation), named for what you are doing.
PDF handed back a web page
A button marked PDF produced an HTML file nobody could send to a customer. It now opens the document with the print dialog up, which saves a real PDF laid out by the same engine that renders the page.
The blocked-delete link led nowhere
The dialog listing what blocks a delete linked to the record using the list address rather than the record address, so it resolved to “not found” for a record that plainly exists.
The inventory picker opened behind the row
The product list was drawn inside a table that scrolls sideways, so the browser clipped it out of sight. Every picker in the product is now drawn above the page.
And two additions
Both apply to quotations, sales orders, invoices and credit notes.
- Attach a file to the document (a quote produced elsewhere, a supplier’s working, a signed copy that came back) with a name you write rather than the filename the scanner chose
- Files are visible and downloadable on the document itself, not only when editing it, and the list marks which rows carry one
- Internal notes, seen only by your team and never printed, e-mailed or shown in the portal
Does this affect anything existing?
No data changes. Existing documents are untouched.
There is no server-side PDF binary in this deployment and that is deliberate: rendering one needs a headless browser that does not fit alongside everything else. Saving from the print dialog produces a real PDF and is what the button now does.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
