Saved views now save, and bring back, everything on screen

Picking a saved view changed its name in the button and nothing else. Saving one forgot whether you were on the board or the pivot. Both now work, in every module.

What was wrong

Three things together made saved views look broken:

Three faults, three fixes

☰

Picking a view did nothing

The button showed the view’s name, but the filters, sort and page size stayed as they were. Picking a view now applies all of it.

▦

Kanban and pivot were forgotten

Every view was saved as a list. It now remembers list, kanban (and what the board is grouped by) or pivot (its rows, columns and measure).

⚠

A save could fail silently

After resizing a column, a save could be refused while the screen said “View saved”. It now waits for the answer and tells you if it failed.

Also

Switching between List, Kanban and Pivot no longer changes a view you saved yourself. A view saved with no filter no longer shows an empty filter chip.

This covers every list built on the same screen: leads, customers, companies, deals, tasks, visits, vendors, projects, items, composites, assemblies, subscriptions, plans, warranties, employees and your custom modules.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Views you saved before keep their filters, sort and columns. Because they were all stored as lists, re-save any view you meant as a board or a pivot: open it, switch to Kanban or Pivot, and choose Save the current view.

Install version 1.3.27 for this in the app. Settings → App update.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
