What is new
Appearance now starts with a Style: how cards, buttons, inputs, menus, drawers and dialogs are drawn everywhere in JAI CRM. Then come the bars, the page and your colour, each with solids and gradients, and every choice can be kept as a template.
What you will see
Six styles
Crystal, Liquid Glass, Minimalistic, Neumorphism, Claymorphism and Neo-Brutalism, in light and dark.
Sidebar and top bar
Colour both at once or each on its own: twelve solids, twelve gradients, your own colour or gradient, frosted glass if you like.
Rounded or standard
Each bar can float beside the page with rounded corners, or stay attached as before.
Page background
Twelve solids and eleven gradients, a soft glow in your colour, or your own.
Menus that match
A menu opening from a coloured bar takes its colour, so a dark sidebar opens a dark, readable menu.
Business default
Arrange it in Settings > Appearance and press Make this the business default.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Until you choose something, JAI CRM looks exactly as it did. Your colour, light or dark choice and saved templates are kept.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
