Hanu gathers a record at the bottom of the chat, shows the card when you say it is final, and no longer stops on a field you can leave empty

The first day of Hanu filling in records showed two faults. The card stayed where it was first posted, so answering a question meant scrolling up and back down. And a word put in an optional link, like "BNI Connect" in Referred by, stopped the save with "it still needs Referred by", although the field is not required. Both are put right, for every business.

What changed

⬇️

Always at the bottom

Each time something changes, Hanu shows what he has again at the bottom of the chat, as a ticked list with his question and its answer buttons right there. The earlier copy folds to one line, so nothing needs scrolling.

✅

The card when it is final

When you say it is final, or tap That’s all, the whole card appears, to check and Save. Nothing is saved before you press Save or say save.

🔓

Optional fields never block Save

Only what the record cannot be saved without holds it up. A question about a field you can leave empty can be answered or left; if it is left, the words you said go into the record’s notes.

📝

A link that finds nothing

When a name in a link field matches nothing you can see, such as a channel partner nobody has, Hanu puts it in the notes and says so, instead of asking again and again.

💬

Save asked too early

Saying save while something required is still missing now gets Hanu’s question about it, not an error.

Does this change anything you already have?

Records already saved are not changed. Drafts open in the chat carry on in the new way at their next message. Nothing needs updating in the Android app: it has this from version 1.3.181.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
