What is new
Since 4 October it is on for every business, and switched for everyone in Settings → Modules & menu. It starts with your overview, leads, customers, deals, tasks, quotations and invoices, of whatever you are allowed to open.
How it works
Press and hold to edit
Like the quick settings on a phone: drag tiles into order, tap × to remove one and + to add any screen from the menu.
From your menu
The same icons as the sidebar, and only what you may open. Change an icon in Modules & menu and it changes here too.
Matches your look
It takes the top bar’s colour and shape: a floating dock when rounded, attached to the edge when standard.
Small on purpose
Very small names under each icon keep the bar short; on a phone it scrolls sideways to hold as many as you like.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing you have moves or changes. What is on the bar is chosen by each person for their own account.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
