Deal stages say won, lost or still open, on the list as well as in pipelines
The Deal stage list in Fields & rules now shows what each stage means, as the lead stage list does. Change it there or in Sales pipelines and the deals already on that stage follow. Sales pipelines is back in the Settings menu, and the deals board shows the pipeline total instead of ₹0.

What was wrong
Whether a deal counts as won or lost is set by its stage. That was set only in Sales pipelines, which sat behind a cog on the Plugins page, so a business that typed its own stages into the Deal stage list in Fields & rules had stages that meant nothing: a deal moved to “Won” still read open, and stayed in the pipeline total. Changing what a stage meant also left the deals already on it as they were.
Separately, the deals board said “₹0 pipeline” in its header while the list said the right figure.
What is new
Marked on the list
Settings, Fields & rules, Lists, Deal stage: each stage shows Still open, Deal won or Deal lost, as lead stages do.
One setting, two places
It is the same setting as Sales pipelines. Change it in either and the other follows. A stage two pipelines use differently is changed in Sales pipelines.
Deals follow
Mark a stage Deal won and every deal already on it is closed, with a close date and an entry in its history. Mark it Still open and they reopen.
Sales pipelines in Settings
Back in the Settings menu under Customisation, as well as on the CRM row of Plugins.
The board total
The deals board header shows the same pipeline figure as the list.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing changes until somebody changes what a stage means. Changing what a stage means needs the right to change Sales pipelines. Deals closed this way do not send the “deal won” notification, because many can change at once.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
