The quick bar is on for every business, switched in Modules & menu
The bar of your most used screens along the bottom is now on for every business and plan. One tick in Settings → Modules & menu switches it off or on for everyone.

What changed
The quick bar arrived on 3 October switched off, with a tick for each person in Appearance → Bars. That was the wrong place twice over: most people never found it, and whether a business works with a bar along the bottom is the business’s decision rather than a colour choice.
Now the quick bar is on for every business and every plan, new and existing. The tick has moved to Settings → Modules & menu, beside New section, because the bar is made from that menu. Untick it to take the bar away for everyone; tick it to bring it back.
What stays the same
Yours to arrange
Each person still chooses what is on their own bar: press and hold any icon to add, remove and reorder.
Only what you may open
It is built from the menu you see, so roles, permissions and hidden entries apply to it as they do to the sidebar.
Who can switch it
The tick needs Manage on Modules & menu. Everyone else sees it greyed out.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Yes, visibly: anyone who had not turned the bar on will now see it along the bottom of the screen, starting with your overview, leads, customers, deals, tasks, quotations and invoices, of whatever they may open. Nothing else moves, and no records change. A bar someone had already arranged keeps its arrangement.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
