Write a new email with AI, and it asks which record when an address is on two
Say what an email is for and Compose writes it, from what the CRM holds on the person you are writing to. When an address belongs to two or more records, both Compose and Suggest reply ask which one before writing, and only records you may open are ever offered.

What was missing
AI could suggest a reply to an email you received, but a new email still started from a blank box. And when one address was on two records, a customer and a lead from the same company, Suggest reply read whichever the email happened to be filed on.
What is new
Write with AI in Compose
Say what the email is for, in your own words, and it writes the subject and the message.
From what you hold on them
It reads the lead, customer or vendor behind the address in To: their details, open quotations and tasks, and the last conversations.
Which record?
When an address belongs to two or more records, Compose and Suggest reply ask which one first, showing what each is, the company and who looks after it.
Only what you may see
Every choice, and everything it reads, is only what you could open yourself. A lead assigned to a colleague you cannot see is not offered.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing is written to your records unless you use a suggestion and send it. Write with AI is switched on and off with the rest of AI writing in Settings, AI writing, and its model can be chosen separately as Writing a new email.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
