Speak instead of typing, anywhere in JAI CRM. Hold Alt+D in a lead's notes, a task, a Charcha message or an email, say it, and let go: the words are typed where your cursor was. On a phone a mic sits just above the keyboard. Names from your CRM are spelt right, amounts are written the Indian way, and your snippets expand. Settings › Voice has the keys, languages, microphone, your words and snippets, and your History.

What changed
Alt+D in any box
Hold Alt+D (Option+D on a Mac), speak, let go: the words go in where your cursor was, the way typing would. Esc while it listens drops them. Alt+H still asks Hanu.
A mic above the phone keyboard
On a phone and in the Android app, a round mic sits just above the keyboard whenever you are typing in a box. Hold it and speak; the cursor stays where it was.
Your names, spelt right
Hanu’s listener is given up to fifty names you are likely to say: your own words, the team’s, then your recent customers, leads and items. A name that still comes out wrong is put right from your dictionary.
Amounts the Indian way, free
The Light clean-up needs no AI: no um or uh, 2.5 lakh as ₹2,50,000, 1.2 crore as ₹1,20,00,000, and 2 lakh units kept as a count.

Say a phrase you saved, like bank details, and the account number and IFSC go in.

Your keys, the languages you speak and how Hindi is written (Roman, mixed, Devanagari or English), your microphone, who hears you on each device, your words and snippets, and your History. Admins set who hears by default and how long anything is kept.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing is typed anywhere unless you hold the key or the mic. Passwords, keys and read-only boxes are never typed into. Recordings are not kept unless an admin chooses to keep them, and your History is yours alone, kept 30 days unless your business changes it. On a computer the browser writes your words out free; Hanu’s listener uses AI credits, about ₹0.30 to ₹0.50 a minute, and is used only when your business has it on. Medium and High clean-up, with AI, come in the next update. The Android app has this from its next version.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
