Events is now called Exhibitions

Events is now called Exhibitions: in the sidebar, on its screens, in Reports and in its PDFs. "Events" read like calendar entries in a CRM. Nothing you have moves: your cards, folders, costs, reports, links and permissions stay as they were.

Why the new name

In a CRM, “events” sounds like calendar entries, and on the web it sounds like event management: tickets, badges and visitor registration. This module is for the business that takes a stall. It scans visiting cards, files them as leads, customers or suppliers, and shows what each fair earned in money received. Exhibitions says that.

Where you will see it

📁

In the sidebar

The module and its list are called Exhibitions, and New exhibition starts one.

📋

On its screens

Each exhibition’s report, its costs and the cards still to file say exhibition throughout.

📈

In Reports

Reports, Exhibitions and the Exhibitions dashboard compare every fair side by side. Where they group by kind, the heading now says By kind.

📄

In the PDFs

Both PDFs carry the new name. The one for every fair downloads as exhibitions-report with the date.

Still more than exhibitions

Each one can still be an exhibition, a conference, a roadshow, a dealer meet, a webinar or a kind you name, with its own cards, photographs, costs and report.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. Your folders, cards, costs, follow-up tasks, reports and permissions are unchanged, and links to them still work. The Event field on leads, customers and suppliers keeps its name; like any built-in field, it can be renamed in Settings, Fields & rules.

The module page on this site moved to /modules/exhibitions/, and the old address takes you there.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
