What you type stays put when something else is saved
A form you are part way through no longer jumps back to the saved copy when something else is saved: a logo upload, another card on the same page, a test email, Run it now, or a colleague’s change. A new country chosen on Business profile now stays chosen.

What was wrong
Every save in JAI CRM makes the screen you are on fetch its record again, so counts and lists stay current. Many forms then copied that fresh record over whatever you were typing, every time it had changed. On Business profile, uploading a logo after any setting had been saved elsewhere wiped the name you were typing and the logo you had just uploaded. Send a test on My email wiped your unsaved changes and the result of the test itself. Run it now on Assignment put your unsaved overflow settings back. Hiding a field on Fields & rules threw away an order you had dragged and not yet saved. On a quotation or invoice being edited, a colleague’s change or the customer opening its link put every line back the way it was saved.
Separately, choosing a new country on Business profile did not stick: the old country came back and only its state was cleared.
What is new
Your changes stay
A form keeps every box you have changed when its record is fetched again. Boxes you have not touched pick up what was saved elsewhere, so pressing Save does not undo it.
Business profile
Typing survives a logo upload, the uploaded logo stays in the form, and a new country stays chosen.
Settings screens
Inventory, Sales documents, AI writing, My email, Assignment, Subscription settings and your Profile keep unsaved changes through a test, a run or another card’s save. The result of Send a test or Fetch now stays on screen.
The order you dragged
On Fields & rules and Modules & menu, hiding, renaming or changing the icon of an entry keeps the order you dragged, and the bar to save it. Undo on Modules & menu keeps your own sections in the list.
Documents and records
Quotations, orders, invoices and other documents being edited, warehouses, bills of materials and subscription changes keep what you typed until you save or leave.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing already saved changes; this is only about what an open form does while you are editing it. Cancel and Undo still go back to the saved copy.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
