Expenses are paid when you record them, blocked GST stays out of your credit, and invoices paid online are settled

A new expense asks which account paid it and records the payment as it saves, so a cab fare no longer sits as a bill to pay. Its GST can be marked as blocked credit or reverse charge. An invoice paid online through a payment link is now marked paid. And the expense list's Kanban, Pivot, Export and bulk delete work.

What changed

🏦

Paid through

A new expense asks which bank account paid it, or cash, or Not paid yet. It is recorded as paid from that account when you save, and the account’s balance moves. Every expense used to be saved unpaid until somebody also pressed Pay.

🧾

Blocked GST and reverse charge

The expense form now has GST can be claimed, ticked unless you untick it for blocked credit such as food or cabs for staff, and Reverse charge for GST you pay yourself. Blocked GST becomes part of the cost and stays out of your input tax credit.

✅

Invoices paid online are settled

A payment made through an invoice’s Pay button was recorded but never set against the invoice, so the invoice went on saying the whole amount was due and its reminders kept going. It is now marked paid, or part paid.

📊

The expense list's other views

Kanban, Pivot and Export on Expenses answered with an error; they work now. Ticking several expenses and deleting them keeps any that have payments against them and says why.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. Expenses already recorded keep their payments and their GST as they are; edit one to change either. No online payment had been made through the product yet, so no invoice needs correcting.

Pricing

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
