Change several expenses, bills or payments at once
Expenses, purchase bills and both payment lists have a Change button for the rows you tick: the category and due date on expenses, the due date on bills, the mode and deposit account on payments. Editing a purchase order, bill or debit note no longer shows Could not save after saving.

Choose the rows, choose Change, set what should change. Leave a box as it is to keep what each one has.
The same rules as one at a time
A row in a closed period or a cancelled bill stays as it was and is listed with the reason. The rest change.
Balances follow
Moving payments to another account moves the money on both accounts, as editing one does.
Fixed
Editing a purchase document
Since early September, saving changes to a purchase order, bill or debit note showed Saved and then Could not save, and stayed on the page. The changes had been saved; the reply was empty. It now opens the saved document.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
