Charcha reminders ring until you answer them, or chime once: your choice
A reminder used to beep six times and stop, easy to miss. Now it keeps ringing until you snooze it, pick a time, mark it done or close the note, and answering it on one device stops it on the others. Prefer the old short chime? Choose it in Charcha settings, and listen to both first.

Rings until you answer
A reminder, a visit you are down for, or a meeting about to start keeps ringing until you deal with its note. It stops by itself after 10 minutes, like a phone alarm.

Stops everywhere at once
Snooze or finish a reminder on your phone and the ring on your computer stops too.
A snooze rings again
A reminder you snoozed now rings again when it comes back. Before, the second time could be silent until the page was reloaded.
Does this change anything you already have?
Everybody starts on Until I answer. In the Android app it rings while the app is open; with the app closed, notifications arrive with a later update.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
