Hanu now fills in vendors, items, expenses, employees, projects, partners, contacts and subscription plans too, and three fields that never saved are fixed
Hanu filled in leads, deals, tasks, visits, customers and companies. Now he also adds and changes contacts, channel partners, vendors, items, expenses, employees, projects, project tasks, subscription plans, add-ons and products, each through the same route its own screen uses. Every field of every one was checked by saving a real record, which found three fields that never saved for anyone.

What changed
Eleven more kinds of record
Contacts, channel partners, vendors, items, expenses, employees, projects, project tasks, subscription plans, add-ons and products, said in your own words like a lead, gathered at the bottom of the chat and saved only on your Save.
Change one by its name
“Make the credit days for Shree Offset 30” finds the vendor among the ones you can see and changes only that, showing what it was. If several match, Hanu asks which.
Every field, checked for real
For each kind, every field Hanu can fill was filled the way people say things and saved through its own screen’s route, then changed once. All of them now save.
A vendor's price list saves
The Price list on a vendor was shown on the form but dropped on every save, from the screen as well as from Hanu. It now saves.
Paid on has its choices back
Paid on (Collected or Invoiced) on a channel partner showed no choices at all. The choices are back, and a business that set its own keeps them.
Websites said as people say them
“shreeoffset dot in” is saved as https://shreeoffset.in, which is what the app accepts, instead of being refused.
Why a save was refused
When the app refuses a save, Hanu now says which field and why, by its name on your screen, instead of “check the highlighted fields”.
Does this change anything you already have?
Hanu does only what your role allows in each module and never deletes. A new vendor starts awaiting approval, as one added on screen does. Quotations, invoices and the other documents with lines, payments, journals and assemblies come next. The Android app has this from version 1.3.183.
More in release notes
All release notesDeals closed in the Won/Lost window, payments that clear and a customer's answer on a quotation now reach Hanu and your notifications
The Won/Lost window, the way the board and the deal page close a deal, told nobody:…
Download in Documents saves the real file, and a folder's zip holds what is in it
Download in Documents has not saved a working file since the store was rebuilt in early…
Invoices, bills, payments, expenses and salaries now post to the ledger by themselves
The trial balance, ledgers, balance sheet and budgets used to read journals somebody wrote by hand,…
A removed person can be added again, and an invitation says what is actually wrong
Remove somebody from your workspace, then try to add them back with the same email address,…
Debit notes become vendor credit: spend it on another bill or record the refund
A debit note is now money the vendor owes you back, the way Zoho Books keeps…
Stock in hand on the balance sheet
The goods on your shelves are now in the books. At each month end the stock…
Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.
Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
