A lost deal’s reason from your own list, a visit’s arrival, departure and outcome, and every stage move in the history
Losing a deal asked for a reason in free text and glued the remark onto it, so "Price" and "Price: they found it cheaper" counted as two reasons. A visit kept the time it started and nothing else: not when anyone left and not how it went. Closing a deal, converting a lead or changing many deals at once moved the stage without writing the stage step that a drag on the board writes, so the history had holes. Each of these is now recorded, so the numbers built on them can be trusted.

What changed
Lost reasons from a list
Marking a deal lost, on its page or by dropping it in a lost column on the board, asks for a reason from your Deal lost reasons list, with a remark in your own words kept apart. The list ships with eight reasons and is yours to change in Settings, Fields & rules.
Why, beside the deal
A lost deal shows its reason and remark on a Lost card beside the overview, as a lost lead does, with Change to correct them. Changing them leaves the day it was lost where it was.
Check in at the door
A planned visit due today shows Check in. The time is stamped by the app, never typed, and the place is kept when the phone gives one, so the time spent on site can be trusted.
Arrived, left and how it went
How did the visit go? now asks the outcome from your Visit outcomes list (Order received, Quotation asked for, Demo given and five more) and when you left. After a check in, leaving is stamped for you. A visit written up later keeps no leaving time unless you give one.
Visits counted as visits
A visit made now sits on the record’s timeline as a visit, with its outcome and minutes on site, beside calls and meetings. It was a plain system line before, so nothing that counts contact could find it. A visit called off is marked called off and never counts as contact.
Every stage move kept
Closing a deal, winning one from its quotation, converting a lead, changing the stage of many records at once and moving deals off a removed pipeline now each write the stage step, from and to, exactly as a drag on the board does.
Who read each card
At an exhibition, each card now keeps who read and checked it and when, including cards made into records straight from the stack.
A won lead is a converted lead
Asking Hanu for won leads now lists the leads converted to customers, the one meaning of won for a lead everywhere else in the app.
Does this change anything you already have?
Lost reasons typed before today stay as they were. Where a remark had been glued on after a colon, as in “Price: they found it cheaper”, the two are split into the reason and the remark. A reason that is not on the new list is kept, and offered as a choice of its own when you change it.
Visits already on a timeline become visit entries, and the ones called off are marked called off. In the cross-sell report, Days to first contact now counts a visit made on the deal, and no longer counts a call that was only planned, so the figure can read sooner or later than it did yesterday.
Exhibition cards read before today have no reader recorded, because the app never kept one. Stage histories are complete from today; closes and conversions before today keep the entries they had. In the Android app the new screens arrive with the next app update.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
