The finance dashboard agrees with the profit and loss, the cash flow and the GST summary
Spent on the finance dashboard added up bills and expenses on the day they were entered, GST included, so a month with nothing paid could show lakhs spent. It now counts money on the day it left, as the cash flow report does, and Net cash flow and the chart follow. GST payable now includes cess and reverse charge, as the GST summary does.

What changed
Spent is money that left
Spent counts payments made and expenses paid on the day the money went, as the cash flow report does. It used to add up bills and expenses by the date they were entered, GST and all.
Net cash flow and the chart
Net cash flow is what came in less what went out in the month, and the Cash in against cash out chart reads the same way, so every month matches the cash flow report.
Booked, and where the money went
Booked, under Spent, is what the month’s bills and expenses cost, without the GST you can claim back. Where the money went splits that same figure, so it matches the profit and loss.
GST with cess and reverse charge
GST payable now counts cess on sales and the tax you owe on reverse-charge purchases, as the GST summary does. When input credit is the larger, the tile says GST credit.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Nothing you recorded changes, only how the dashboard adds it up.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
