Type by voice tidies with AI when you want it, learns the names you put right, and works in the full editors
Type by voice now has Medium and High clean-up, which tidy what you said with AI without adding anything you did not say. A name you put right straight after it was typed is learned for next time. And the full Document and Presentation editors, where a key cannot reach, have the mic.

What changed
Medium and High clean-up
Medium removes false starts and keeps only your correction (“5 pm, actually 6” becomes “6 pm”), with full stops and lists. High writes it out clearly in the tone of the place: an email polite, a chat short. Both keep your words and your language, and never add a fact.
Learns the names you put right
Put a name right straight after it was typed, and the spelling is kept under Settings › Voice › Dictionary › Learned. Only a spelling is learned, never a change of mind.
The full editors
In the Document and Presentation editors the mic shows while they have your cursor, on a computer too, and the words go in at the editor’s cursor.
Hanu hears your names
Alt+H and Hanu’s mic now give Hanu’s listener the same names, languages and Hindi writing as Type by voice.
Does this change anything you already have?
Light stays the default and stays free. Medium and High use AI credits and work once the AI clean-up is switched on for your business; until then your words are tidied as Light and you are told so. Anyone can choose their own level in Settings › Voice, and an admin can switch learning off for the whole business. The Android app has this from its next version.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
