Payment details on every plan, and a UPI QR on your invoices
Your customer can now scan and pay straight from your invoice. And a business without the Books module can finally put its bank details on its documents.

What was wrong
Bank and UPI details could only be added in Books → Bank accounts. A business on a plan without Books, such as CRM + Sales Documents, had no way to tell a customer where to pay: its quotations and invoices printed no payment details at all.
The document template had a “UPI QR code” tick box, but nothing ever drew the QR. And payment details printed as one long run-on line, including cash accounts like “Petty cash”, which a customer cannot pay into.
Setting it up
Open Settings → Sales documents
A new section, Payment details on documents.
Without Books
Type your account name, bank, account number, IFSC, branch and UPI ID. These print on your documents.
With Books
The fields are greyed out, with a note and a link to Books → Bank accounts. Tick Show on invoice on the account that should print. One place to keep them, not two.
Tick Print a UPI QR code
Invoices, proforma invoices, retainer invoices and bills of supply in rupees then carry a QR for the amount still due.
How the QR works
The exact amount
It asks for what is still due. A paid invoice prints no QR.
Any UPI app
Your customer scans it with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or their bank’s app.
Straight to you
The money goes directly to your UPI ID. Nothing passes through us, so there is no fee from us.
Record it when it arrives
We cannot see a UPI payment land in your account, so press Record a payment when it does.
Tidier payment details
Payment details now print one per line: Bank, A/c no, IFSC, Branch, UPI, with the QR beside them. Cash accounts are never printed, because a customer has nothing to pay into there.
The same details show on the online copy of a document you share with a customer.
Does this affect anything you already have?
The QR is off until you switch it on. If you have Books, your documents keep printing the accounts you already ticked, now laid out line by line and without cash accounts.
Install version 1.3.27 to see the new settings in the app. Settings → App update.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
