Hanu reads the whole record: who owns it, the customer, every field and every tab

Asked "who is working on this deal?" or "which customer is it for?", Hanu said the details he could see did not show it. They did not: he was shown only three lines of a record. Now he reads a record the way its own page shows it, in every module, so he can answer who owns it, who is assigned and marked, the customer or vendor, every field your role shows, a document's items and totals, and everything in its tabs.

What changed

👥

Who is on it

The owner, everyone assigned and everyone marked, by name. “Who is working on this deal?” gets a name.

📋

Every field, by its name

The customer or vendor, stage, close date, value, probability, source, pipeline and your own fields from Additional details, with names instead of codes. A date shows its time only when a time was entered.

📁

Every tab under it

Tasks, visits, quotations, proposals, orders, invoices, credit notes, projects, contacts, activity and comments: how many, and the newest few. Records linked through your own lookup fields count too.

🧾

Documents in full

An invoice or quotation reads with its items, quantities, rates and GST, and its total, paid and balance.

🔍

Any module

Leads, deals, customers, contacts, companies, tasks, visits, all sales and purchase documents, payments, vendors, items, expenses, employees, projects and project tasks, journals, BOMs, manufacturing orders, quality rules and more. Asked by name or from the record’s own page.

Does this change anything you already have?

Hanu still reads only what your role lets you see: fields hidden from your role stay hidden, and records outside your scope stay out. Nothing about your records changes. The Android app has this from version 1.3.192.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
