Video meeting links from your own Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom
A meeting link no longer has to be made in another tab and pasted in. Connect your own Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom once, by signing in on their page, and Make one puts a fresh link in wherever you schedule something: Charcha, a field on any record, or an email. Each one is switched on for the service as Google, Microsoft and Zoom approve JAI CRM's app.

What is new
One sign-in, nothing typed
Settings, Video meetings: press Connect, sign in on Google’s, Microsoft’s or Zoom’s own page and allow it. Each person connects their own account.
Make one, anywhere
Under the link when you schedule a Charcha meeting, in a chat as A video call link, in the email toolbar, and on any record with a Video meeting link field.
Connect without losing your place
Not connected yet? The chip opens a small window to sign in, and the link appears in the form you were filling as soon as you are back.
Yours, and safe
JAI CRM can only make meetings on your account, never read your calendar, mail or recordings. Disconnect any time; links already sent keep working.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Pasting a link still works everywhere, and nothing happens until you connect an account. Microsoft makes Teams meetings only for work or school Microsoft 365 accounts.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
