Your own AI key runs every task you chose it for
If your business uses its own AI key (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or another), every task you chose it for in Settings › AI writing now runs on it, even while you have AI credits. Before, AI credits were used first and your key took over only when they ran out. Your credits now pay only for the tasks left on Included. And when your own account is out of credit, at its spending limit or refuses the key, the person asking is told exactly that, with the provider and what to do.

What changed
Your key comes first
A task you chose your own model for runs on your key whether or not you have AI credits. Settings › AI writing already said so; now it works that way.
Credits for the rest
AI credits pay only for the tasks left on Included. Someone whose share of credits is used up can still use the tasks on your own key.
Errors that say what to do
If your provider account runs out of credit or reaches its spending limit, people are told so, with the provider’s name, and that an administrator can add credit there or set the task back to Included.
Does this change anything you already have?
Only for a business that chose its own key for some tasks and also has AI credits. Those tasks now run on your key and are billed by your provider, so your AI credits last longer. Nothing changes for a business without its own key.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
