A mailbox like Gmail: drafts, conversations, reply all, forward and Trash
The mail panel now looks and works like Gmail. Folders down the side, a list you can page through and search in detail, whole conversations with Reply, Reply all and Forward, a full editor, drafts kept as you type, and Trash. Send email on a customer and Send on an invoice open the same compose screen, where anybody can be added beside the customer.

What was missing
The mail panel had six tabs and no drafts: an email closed before it was sent was simply lost. There was no Reply all and no Forward, the editor had six buttons, and an email from a customer or an invoice opened a separate window of its own, where only colleagues could be copied in. The signature saved under Settings, My email was not added to anything.
What is new
Folders like Gmail
Inbox, Important, All email, Drafts, Sent, Scheduled, Failed, Sense and Trash, with Compose on top. On a phone the folders open as a sheet and Compose is a round button.
A list you can work through
Sender, subject and the first words of each email. 30, 50, 100 or 200 to a page, search, and ticking several to delete, star, or mark read.
Whole conversations
An email opens with its conversation, earlier ones folded away. Reply, Reply all, Forward and Suggest reply sit under it, and Suggest reply works inside a reply too.
A full editor
Headings, fonts, sizes, colour and highlight, alignment, lists, tables, pictures, links, spelling and your signature, with the rarer tools behind More formatting.
Recipients as chips
Drag people between To, Cc and Bcc. Press one to copy the address or move it. Choose my mailbox or the organisation’s, and set a Reply-to.
Drafts, without saving
Everything you start is kept as you type: new emails, replies, forwards, and emails from a customer, a quotation or an invoice. Reopen one where you left it.
One compose screen everywhere
Send email on a lead or customer, and Send on a quotation or invoice, open the same screen. The customer’s address stays in To, and anybody else can go beside it.
Delete in two steps
Delete moves an email to your own Trash. Deleting it from Trash sends it to the recycle bin, where an administrator can restore it for 60 days. Deleting can be switched off.
Advanced search
The sliders on the search bar search by sender, recipient, words, size and date, and by CRM: the lead, customer, vendor or company an email is filed on, or a quotation or invoice number.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Your email is unchanged. Every email you already have shows in the new folders, with a preview line worked out from it.
Your signature is now used. Whatever is saved under Settings, My email starts every new email, reply and forward. Check it reads the way you want.
Deleting is on. Anybody can move an email to their own Trash. To keep every email, an administrator can switch it off under Settings, My email, Workspace email, Deleting email.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
