Ask for your account, or your whole workspace, to be deleted from inside the app
On the Security tab of Account and security, a member can now ask for their account to be deleted, and the owner for the whole workspace to be closed. We confirm by email before deleting anything and complete it within 30 days. The Privacy Policy and Terms are rewritten, and a Refund Policy and an account deletion page are new.

What is new
Until now the only way to leave JAI CRM for good was to write to us. Anybody who signs in can now ask from the app itself, on the web or on Android. Google Play asks this of every app that has accounts, and it is a right under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
How to ask
Open Account and security
Press your picture at the top right and choose Account and security.
Go to Security
Open the Security tab. The last card is Delete my account, or Close this workspace if you own it.
Ask
Press the button, say why if you like, and press Ask to delete it or Ask to close it.
What happens next
Confirmed first
We write to the address on the account before anything is deleted. To withdraw the request, reply to that email.
Within 30 days
The deletion is completed within 30 days. The card says when you asked, so nobody asks twice.
Owner and members
The owner closes the workspace; everybody else deletes their own account. An owner who wants to leave alone makes somebody else the owner first.
On the record
The request is written into the workspace history.
The policies, rewritten
The Privacy Policy now says plainly what JAI CRM collects, including what the Android app asks for and when, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to reach our Grievance Officer. The Terms of Service are rewritten, and a Refund and Cancellation Policy and a Delete your account page are new. All four are linked from the foot of every page.
In short: every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, payments are not refunded, and a cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Pressing the button deletes nothing by itself; the request is confirmed by email first. The sign-up form now names the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy under the Create button.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
