Depreciation that posts, schedules that say why, and a trial balance that can show a gap
Fixed assets now depreciate at the press of a button and can be sold or scrapped, with the profit or loss worked out. A recurring journal that cannot run says why. The trial balance compares closing balances and gives an opening balance its other side. Cancelling a bill or invoice raised from an order gives the order its quantities back.

What is new
Run depreciation
Choose a date and every asset in use is charged from where it last stopped, by the day, straight line or written-down value, never below its salvage value. Each charge is a numbered journal.
Sell or scrap an asset
Dispose of it and it is charged to the day it went, then taken out of the books, with the profit or loss on the sale worked out to the paisa.
Schedules that say why
A recurring journal due on a closed day is skipped and says so on the schedule, and the next one still runs. Any other failure is shown there too. What a schedule raises is numbered, and a stopped schedule raises nothing.
A trial balance that can show a gap
The totals compare closing balances, so a one-sided figure shows. An opening balance now has its other side in Opening balance adjustments, so entering one no longer puts the books out.
Orders get their quantities back
Cancelling a bill raised from a purchase order, or an invoice raised from a sales order, frees what it took, so the order can be billed or invoiced again. Editing such a draft no longer cuts its link to the order.
Bank balances that agree
Salaries paid and TDS deposited from a bank account are in its balance and statement, and the dashboard reads the same figure. Accounts in another currency are no longer added to the rupee total.
Does this change anything you already have?
Journal numbers now step over any number already used, which had stopped new journals in one business whose counter was behind its entries. Nothing already posted is changed. Depreciation is charged only when you run it.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
