Email attachments you can open again, and the PDF of every document you send

An email opened in JAI CRM now lists what was attached, with Download. The PDF of a quotation or invoice sent from the CRM is kept with the email, and the file names on a customer's activity download when clicked.

What was wrong

A quotation sent from the CRM went out with its PDF, but opening that email afterwards showed no attachment and nothing to download. Files on emails could not be opened anywhere in the app, whether the email was sent or received.

What is new

📎

Attached, on every email

Open an email, from the mail box or a record’s activity, and its attachments are listed under the message with Download.

📄

The PDF kept

A document sent from its send window keeps its PDF, and any extra files, with the email.

⬇

Names that download

The file names under an email on a customer’s or lead’s activity now download when clicked.

🎨

A button you can read

The button under a document email now picks dark or white text, whichever stands out on your colour.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Files on emails you received are now listed and can be downloaded by anyone who may read the email. A document emailed from the send window before this change does not have its PDF kept; send it again to keep a copy with the email.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
